The Martial Arts Torch Lighting Tower standing in Pyongyang, the capital city of DPR Korea, where the headquarter of the IMGC is sieged is both the intellectual and material property of the IMGC as it is the architectural structure of great significance which is used to kindle the torch to be ignited at the Opening Ceremonies of the IMGs. Since its first Torch Lighting Ceremony for the 1st IMG in 2004, the tower has served as the kindling place for the 2nd IMG in Pyongyang, the 3rd in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, the 4th in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, the 5th in Melbourne, Australia, the 6th in New Delhi, the capital city of India, the 7th in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus, the 8th in Carrara, Italy. And again in mid-June this year, it will make another contribution to the splendid Torch Lighting Ceremony for the 9th IMG. Though desirable in its scope, it will shine out forever in its history as well as in the hearts of honest Martial Artists along with the IMGC activities.
