The International Council of Sqay held 3rd Snow Sqay Championship in Kashmir, India from Feb.10-14.

The 4th Gulf Kowat Alrami Championship was held in Kuwait from Jan. 28-31 by the World Federation of Kowat Alrami and Self Defence. Took part in the event were Member organizations in Gulf and Arab region.

Indian National Martial Arts Federation held 40th National Taekwon-Do ITF Championship from Dec.26-30, 2025 at Preksha Dyan Acamedy in Ghandi Nagar, Gujarat. 670-odd athletes from 16 states of India took part in the event.

The International Jeet Kune Do Federation held International Jeet Kune Do Competition in Commemoration of Bruce Lee in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from Dec.20-21, 2025.

The Philippines National Martial Art Games Committee organized 7th In-school Youth Martial Arts Games in Sanmateo, Philippines from Dec.6-7, 2025. Taekwon-Do, Karate, Jendo, Kuntaw competitions were held in the event.

The 7th Arab Kowat Alrami Championship was held from Nov 12-17. Athletes from 12 countries took part in the event.

Korean Martial Arts Federation organized National Martial Arts Championship. Competitions of Taekwon-Do, Paduk(go), Korean Chess, Wushu, and Karate were held from Oct 14-Nov 19 with participation of more than 640 athletes and officials from all provinces of the country.

Discussion on ITF Umpire and Tournament Regulations was held in Pyongyang, the capital city of DPR Korea from Nov 5-8. Present there were Prof. GM. Ri Yong Son, President of ITF, GM. Mario Bogdanov, Vice President of ITF, GM. Michael Prewett, President of EITF, GM. Rajendran Balan, Deputy Chair of ITF Umpire Commission and other personages concerned. The participants were unanimous to share the opinions on amending ITF tournament regulations including fixing up of age categories of the ITF Taekwon-Do World Championship, concluding the winner of the match, accepting protest, and on ITF umpire regulations including defining the roles of jury president, chief referees and corner referees in order to enhance their positions and roles. On Nov 9, they visited the grave of Gen. Choi Hong Hi, the first President of the ITF, to pay him deep regards, and then, looked around Taekwon-Do Holy Center.

World Pahuyuth Cup was held from Oct 25-29 in Chaboksar, Iran. 70 athletes and officials from Iran, Iraq and Turkey took part in the event.

Mr. Viacheslav Timofeev, President of World Karate Confederation founded by Fritz Wendland, visited Bengaluru, India from Oct 22-31 to look into the preparatory work for the World Karate Championship to be held in 2026. During his visit, he was invited to India National Karate Championship held in Bengaluru, India. In the Championship, seminar on competition regulations was held with the participation of 70 referees from many states of India.
