At the end of the Ming dynasty when martial arts were widely spread, a new art of fist fight was created by employing such attack techniques as kicking, beating, knocking down and holding and throwing down of all the old factions of the art of fist fight. It was Taichichen. The founder of Taichichen is Jin Wangjong, who lived in Henan Province of China. Taichichen has the meaning of the “strongest fist”, “dignified fist”, “limitless fist”, “best boxing” and “very extreme boxing”. The first two letters "Taichi" of Taichichen contain the usual and philosophical meaning and sense of Tao, meaning all things, and are also interpreted as the “unity of opposites, basis of life”. Today, the martial art is widely known to the world for its profound philosophy, beautiful dance movements, and health benefits.
